Great customer service
It all started when I bought a rectangle trampoline. When I opened it, the color was not what I ordered. Actually, I was really lazy if there was a problem with my order. But I finally contacted customer service via email. In less than 24 hours, I got a reply. WOW! Then, I was advised to return and get a new item. Unfortunately, I had to pay for return shipping. But I'm satisfied with the service.
